Last May 7th, 2011, the Smile Generation participated in two Race for the Cure events – one in Sacramento and another in Southern Nevada. Our Smile Generation-affiliated offices sponsored Race for the Cure teams – recruiting members from our various dentists’ offices, family and friends in the Sacramento and Nevada areas.
Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure raises funds and awareness for the fight against breast cancer. According to We Serve Manager, Kyle Guerin “The Smile Generation participates in events like the Race for the Cure because it’s who we are, it’s what we do. We love to serve and giving back to great organizations making a difference in our world like Susan G. Komen really makes us smile. Not to mention we love to hang out with others who share our passion for serving. ”
The next race that the Smile Generation will be participating in is on September 25th in Fashion Island, Newport Beach, CA.
